I am home .............

Hello Everyone,

I am home,

I came home at the weekend, and feel a little better,

still no idea what it was all about,

apart from I am a little anaemic and have ulcerated colitis,

still got more tests etc to go through but just wanted to be home,

I am on total rest for a couple of days,

then can start to try to get back to normal with any luck.

Been to see the doctor this morning, got a few things wrong,

he is now sending me over to the local hospital,

so wont be about for a while,

Whoopsidaisys new challenge is Holiday's

Well Hello on this Tuesday morning,

This post was meant to have auto posted yesterday but it didnt,

and I was not about to sort it out, so here I am today redoing the post,

I had a half good weekend, going to doctors tom morning to sort out my blood test results so fingers crossed,

A update on me ...........

Hello everyone,

Well on Monday I went back to the doctors, even more tablets,

Wednesday was a fasting blood test, yesterday a phone call from the Doctors,

got a appointment on this Wednesday (as my Doc only works Mon & Wed) as the results came back within a day, so obviously found something wrong now at last, with any luck they can sort it so I can get back to normal, its been nearly a year now, not bad going hey?

These two photo's are of some of the things I have been knitting while lounging on the sofa,

as I have not had any energy to sit and do anything else, cant stand and make cards for long at all either, so not a happy bunny, but there you go, not long now with any luck.

The top photo is a tree decoration and has little pearl beads all over it, and the bottom photo is a ear flap hat I have knitted for a friend, will get everything into the post asap, for those people waiting for stuff from me.

Whoopsidaisy I am a day late ...............

Hello everyone on this Tuesday morning,

very very cold, icy, frosty here,

I was meant to have posted this yesterday for Whoopsidaisy's new challenge,

sorry for being a day late,

I was out at doctors yesterday and off to the hospital tomorrow for a starvation blood test,

hopefully to sort out what is wrong with me now.

Anyhoooo enough of that,

Here is my lovely boy easel card,

the super digi image is from Whoopsidaisy, and coloured with my marker pens.

Our challenge this week over at Whoopsidaisy is 'Easel Cards'

this has been a little poop to get a photo of, because of the bad weather and lighting.

It is in black card, silver mirri board, and brown wood look a likey paper,

with the peel off sentiment of ' Have A Great Day'.

Butterflies or Christmas???????????

Hello,

It is time for a new challenge over at Ellephantastic,

and you can have the choice of Butterflies or Christmas (or both)

I fell for the butterflies

I made this card out of several layers of purple and silver mirri board,

using a embossing board from the Glitter Girls,

add a gorgeous digi image from Ellephantastic, which I coloured with my pro markers,

added some gorgeous peel off butterflies from my stash,

oo nearly forgot that darling purple bow and heart charm.

This challenge will last for two weeks, so plenty of time to join in,

Commissioned Blanket for Laura .........

Hello Everyone,

I am sorry the blog posts have been a bit few and between lately,

but not 100% so resting a fair bit, and looking for my card making mojo,

I have been busy knitting and this is a commissioned order for Laura,

she is due her baby Emily very soon.

This is a lovely lacey patterned pram or baby seat size blanket in a soft double knit in pink with tiny flecks of colours in it.

I have also finished a capelet which was in thick chunky wool which I shall show later once I get a model to wear it for a photo, and it will be put in my Folksy shop (link on side bar).
