chunky purples this time .............

This time I remembered to pop back and put these photos on like I said I would, lol,
this is another cardigan that I finished last week,
its a lovely soft chunky wool in varigated purples,
this one is up for sale on as well,

Hello,
hope your all having a great weekend,
I am all the boys are out and so is hubby,
so a nice quiet house just me and the dog,
even the cats out lol,
these photos are of another cardigan I finished last week,
I was lucky enough to win the wool and pattern for this from a page I follow on facebook,
so knitted up and its on ebay finishes tomorrow
the money I make from this apart from postage will be going to my local animal resuce centre,
will post the other cardigan a nice chunky purple one tomorrow,

Hellooo, I am back again .....

Hello strangers,
I am going to try to blog better and keep you all updated more on what I am making,
most of the time its knitting, so wont be posts everyday,
this lovely aran cardigan in a size 42" chest,
was what I finished making on Tuesday,
it took me 8 days to knit and complete, not bad hey lol,
they do take a long while to do,
the lady who ordered this is very very happy with it,
so happy customer happy me lol,
I have made other things as well,
but a couple of them sold and went even before I had time to take a photo of them
just not sure what to knit now,
I did try to do some socks yesterday on a loom,
but it took me an hour to do 3 rounds,
so slow compared with the two needles lol,
so sold the loom and gave up on socks.

Any ideas on things for me to knit,
please comment so I can get some different ideas apart from my own to do,
love doing different things.

Simple Aran Cardigan

Little Red Campervan - Split Screen

Hello Everyone,
Hope your keeping warm now the cold weather is setting in,
I have been busy knitting as usual,
Just finished this little red campervan for a lady,
above is the back,

The photo above is of one side but both sides are the same,
the one below is the front of the camper van with a split screen,
I have done personalised number plates for the lady as well,
as a little extra,

here a couple of bits I have made

Since finishing the crochet king size bed throw,
I have still been busy with a few bits,
the above fingerless gloves are for my oldest son,
The ones below are for my youngest son,
the middle son is to into brand names etc for wanting any,
never mind he will get cold hands as I won't be buying him any,

Below is a slouchy beret/beanie hat that I have knitted in chunky wool,
so its lovely and soft and extremely warm,
this is for sale on ebay at the moment runs out on Sunday,

The latest thing that I finished yesterday,
is a small blanket in crochet,
this was a order for a lady for her guinea pig
I have a order to knit a split screen camper van,
and two aran cardigans, so being kept busy,
will show the photos when they are done,

These are photos of the just finished crochet squares,
that are now made into a king size bed throw,
all hand crochet by myself,
this was a order for a lady,
and am glad its done in plenty of time for christmas and the cold weather,

As you can see in the photo below its rather large,
a total of 180 individual squares,
all that have been edged separately and then a edging has been crocheted around the whole thing,
