Circle Easel Card .............

This morning, I felt quit with it for a change instead of being so tired and non energetic,

so I made this circle easel card, I used a delightful image from Whoopsi Daisy,

coloured with my markers, the pattern on the cute dog is flowers,

I started with basic sheet of brown card stock, and cut out the shape and then used turquoise backing paper, to emphasise the blue dog.

Elvis Birthday Card ................

Yay I have made a card, well I have done 3 now but you will have to wait till later in the week to see the other two, as they are DT work,

This Elvis card was made using the sketch over at Papertake Weekly,

I stamped and embossed the main image, and the rest of the images, and backing paper are all digi images, but not embossed,

I enjoyed doing this card this morning, I am now of to watch Wimbledon and hope we can do better in the tennis than we did in football.

Just thought I would share another couple of bracelets with you ....

For todays craftiness I thought I would share with you another couple of bracelets,

I really enjoy making these bracelets, and they are so comfortable to wear.

I made a complete set in blue to donate to Helens raffle she is raising money for M.E please see post below this one to help her raise more, she has some wonderful prizes.

I have my youngest at home today on a non pupil day, so will not get any time to craft today,

but if I do I will share that with you tomorrow.

Good Morning Everyone,

Thank You to all that have sent me lovely emails,

I have been mia for a few days and might be for a couple more,

I am having a rest and waiting for my results to see what medication I will be on,

then once I got myself organised I shall get back to some sort of normality, well as normal as possible for me, tehehehehe.

I hope you are all enjoying the sun we are getting at the moment, make the most of it as these couple of days are our summer, tehehehehe.

I had a wonderful day out yesterday thanks to Mrs Tiggywinkles, it really cheered me up,.

We went and visited Linda in her new craft shop at Baytree Farm, Braintree.

A phone charm and I am back from the hospital .......

This lovely bear is called Roger, and he is holding this lovely big heart,

so what a better way of showing my dad that I love him by making him a phone charm/key ring.

This will be a little add on to his card that I have made him as well.

It is made on shrink plastic, and then the hole was punched in before heat shrinking it,

I coloured him with my markers before shrinking him as well.

Pink Beaded Bracelet .......

Todays crafty photo's are of my first ever beaded bracelet that I have made,

Yes I have done the memory wire ones, and the crochet ones, but this is my first beaded one,

Its in all shades of pink, and I did not realise how relaxing doing this was,

so will be doing more soon as well.

I am entering this bracelet into the monochrome challenge over at Creative Inspirations this week,

not sure if it qualifies or not as its not a card, but hey ho, lol.

Still wanted to show it off.

When I have got out of hospital at the weekend, I hope to make more so I can sell them for my animal rescue centre.

Sorry to say Good Bye to DT teams ............

I just wanted to say that I am sorry to have made this decision,

but due to health reasons, and hospital visits etc,

I made the hard decision to stand down from being a DT on

Kaboodle Doodles and The Character Cafe blogs.

The main reason is that with hospital visits and not feeling right, I could not keep up with the deadlines for the challenges etc, and I absolutley hate letting people down,

So decided that I would leave, this is the best way so as not to let anyone down and also to relieve the pressure and worry off of myself as well.

I adored being on both teams, and will miss being a DT.

I am still going to be crafting, and will be entering the challenges instead when I can.

Hope you are all having a wonderful weekend,

I have just enjoyed watching Trooping of the Colour, the Queen looked beautiful today,

and now of to watch the semi finals of the Queens tennis, can't wait for Wimbledon.

For those of you who are interested my hospital appointment has now been brought forward to Saturday the 19th instead of Monday the 21st June.

Father's Day Card ................

With all thats been going on for me the last few weeks etc, with being ill and now hospital visits,

I nearly forgot to do my DT card for The Character Cafe Challenge today,

the challenge is 'Embossing'.

I chose use to my dot's embossing folder, and two digi images from the character cafe,

I used my pens to colour the image in.

Meerkat Madness ........................

Here is the latest of my 3d gifts that I have made,

I finished this one off late last night as I could not sleep,

the person that ordered it came and collected it this morning and was over the moon with it,

It stands approx 10" tall, and it does spin round like a real carousel does.

The order was for something special with a meerkat theme,

so thought to be unique (hopefully) that I would do a meerkat carousel,

I also made my own box for it with a acetate window in one of the sides so it can be seen while still in the box.

I added a gift tag card to the lid,

Been to the hospital and ..................

I went to the hospital this morning for my appointment with the specialist,

and it turned into a blood test, and a flexible sigmoidascopy,

and then got to go back a week monday the 21st of June,

for a colonoscopy,

I have ulcers in my colon from what I can make out today.

This photo below is a red and gold memory wire necklace set I made yesterday,

its for sale for £4.75 plus postage, the proceeds apart from postage are going to my local animal centre.

Pink Set is pretty even if I do say so myself .............

FOR SALE

Brand new hand made pink and white set,

memory wire necklace, bracelet, and ring all matching,

no silly clasps to cope with either.

the proceeds for this set apart from postage will go to my local RSPCA centre,

it is £5.95 for the set plus postage and packing.

I made these this morning, and they look even prettier in real life.

the ring expands so does not worry about what size finger you have either.

I am of to hospital to see a specialist in the morning, so may not be about tomorrow.

1st Holy Communion Card ......

Today's card is a 1st Holy Communion Card,

I made the embossed silver mirror card (dazzling) a while ago,

and never found a use for it, till last week and a lady wanted a special card for a Holy Communion,

so recycled the front of the cross card and added it to the large A4 card, size the lady wanted,

and here is what I came up with,

and made the inside to match as well,

See Ya On Monday .................

Have been having fun making these memory wire bracelets today,

these are like the necklaces for sale and proceeds go to my local RSPCA centre.

I am off for a weekend away, my hubby is taking the three boys and myself to Santa Pod for the ford show thats there this weekend,

we thought we were not going as the campervan is playing up,

but hubby reckons I deserve a treat and has booked a hotel for the night.

I do love going to Santa Pod as I get to see all the old cars I love,

like the Anglia's (like in my photo on profile) and the MK1 Cortina's.

It also means that I will be doing nothing but relaxing and resting,

no cooking, housework etc, the dog is going on holiday to nanny and grandads.

Hopefully there will be a scheduled post from me tomorrow for Ellephantastic.

If not it will be here on Monday lol.

I have been resting honestly ...............

I have been resting, at my craft table, it is in the kitchen in the sunlight pouring through the door, and out of the way of the 3 boys lol,

I saw this type of card made by Nancy Watts on telly yesterday, so just had to have a go,

and you know me, had to include at least one challenge with it,

its a few more than one, so will list at the end,

I used a cream card base, golden mirror board, brown backing paper from Get Funky cd,

a few peels offs, ribbons in gold, brown, and pink,

Digi Image from whoopsi daisy.

The sketch which I love is from Sweetest Thing,

I distressed the edges of my image in brown, and then added some nice blue chalk to make it look like the delightful little girl is paddling in the sea,

Yay got my specialists appointment .........

Well that did not take them long at all,

the doctors surgery phoned late afternoon yesterday with my appointment to the specialist,

its next Thursday morning,

Only a week away, hopefully they will be able to sort whats wrong with me,

Just hoping that I dont have to go and stay in hospital,

I only do hospitals for other people, don't like them for myself,

and also the fact that don't think hubby can cope with sorting out the 3 boys, 1 dog, and 2 cats all on his own either.

It is very worrying.

Just wish it was all over.

Been To The Doctor's and ................

Hi All,

I have been to the Doctor's and he gave me more tablets,

but is also arranging a urgent appointment with a specialist now,

I have lost nearly 3 stone (without dieting) in as many months which is not good,

I feel so tired and run down, and when not in the loo, all I want to do is sleep,

so I really do apologize for not being around and leaving comments etc as I would like to.
