Dad's 80th Birthday Card

Hello Everyone,
Have you missed me? it feels like month's not just a week since I have been crafting and blogging.
Well I have been doing some crafting, it was good to after so long not being able to,
I made this wonderful wheelbarrow for my Dad's 80th Birthday yesterday,
I used a template I had in my stash, printed out the papers from a cd, as they remind me of the canal boat items, made the box, and I actually used sandwich bags (as I could not find my acetate) for the windows. The flowers where from a blog friend when I bought some stamps of her on ebay.
On top of the lid, in peel off's was
'Happy 80th Birthday to a Special Dad - with love'
We had a great meal at a local pub restaurant, and then back to mum and dad's for a birthday tea as well. I also made him favour boxes, and place settings for the table which you can see a tutorial on Tuesday.
so please pop back for them.
Above is a close up of the wheelbarrow.
I am entering this into the following challenges -
Saturday Spotlight - Use a household item (sandwich bags)
Saturday Challenge - Multi Folds
CraftyAngelsOnline - Fantastic Flowers
Paperplay - Birthday for someone special (can't get no more special than my dad)
Thanks for looking,
Hugs
Angie
