Christmas Tree Ornament

Good Morning from a cold snowy Braintree,
my two eldest have had their school shut so no more school for them till next year,
and my youngest has the hump as his school has not shut, so he had to go in.
Yesterday afternoon and evening I made a ornament for my tree,
I stamped the image several times, then coloured and glittered, when dry layered it up using foam pads, and attached some gold ribbon.
There are golds, greens, reds, silvers, purples and glitter galore on this, but no matter how I try,
I just can't get all the colours to show properly, looks really nice on the tree with the lights catching it.

I am entering this into the challenges over at

Three Clovers - Ornaments
Crafty Creations - Traditional Christmas.

Thanks for stopping by,
I am of to craft now,
stay warm and safe everyone,
Hugs
Angie

Angie this is gorgeous. I love all the layers and glitter. If you like to knit talk to your hospitals, my sister makes hats for the tiny new babies and they are adorable and the hospitals love them. I can get the pattern and the kind of yarn they use if you would like me to. It's very soft and they even did red and green for the holidays for them. I know one lady here makes liners for the troops helmets to keep them warmer and I can also ask her where she sends them, maybe they can get a place in the UK?
