OOO Nooo my crafty area is all of a mess .. But dont panic

My crafty area where I do my cards is all of a mess,
as I am getting a new tumble drier delivered on Wednesday, and needed to get my card containers with my stored already made cards in off my old tumble drier, and move the old one out so can give that area a good old clean and scrub before the new one comes.
so having done the cleaning bit, cant get to make any cards till rearranged the rest of the stuff after the new ones delivered.
So for today's crafty photo its another bracelet,
this time made from scratch by using the chain mail method and using large wooden beads for the charms in different colours.
I of to crochet a beany hat now, so I can get some stock ready for the winter,
as it is already like autumn, not a good sign really.
Hope you who have bank holiday today are enjoying the extra day of work,
and for everyone have a great Monday.
Back sooner or later lol.
Thanks for visiting

I did the flowers, now here are the butterflies ........

Hi, on this rather windy sunday morning,
as you see on a earlier post that I made some beaded flowers,
which actually sold well for me, so I thought I would do some butterflies,
these are basic butterflies, but do look rather nice, think they would make a nice little topper for cards if not other things as well.
they are approx 1.75" across and 1.5" long from the antenna to the bottom of the body.
Please let me know what you think,
I like to know, as I can learn from criticism as well as compliments.
Have a great day,
Hugs

Little Wooden Beads Chain Mail Bracelet .............

Todays crafty item hand made by myself is a small wooden bead chain mail bracelet,
I made this from scratch with all separate links, and then also made danglers for the beads.

I have been busy today with visitors galore, and popped up the town to the library to return my books this morning, also dropped off two large boxes of books to the RSPCA shop for them to sell.
Going to get some crafting done this evening, if no more visitors turn up, while watching the x factor and big brother.
Hope you all have a great bank holiday weekend.

Hello everyone,

and closer to our holiday, we are going to Cornwall. (MASSIVE GRIN)
This morning I made this quick card, it is literally out of bits laying around,
the image is unknown to me (sorry please let me know) one that I had coloured a while ago,
and all the papers are from my bit bag, there was two lovely glittery pearly butterflies lying on my desk along with the two gold peel offs, so just had to use them up.
I followed the new sketch from Just Inspirational today.

- 3 papers, 2 embellies, 1 Image,

Restful Sunday?

Well after the night I had last night, I was hoping for a nice restful day today,
I was knocking on my neighbours door at 1.35am this morning as they had visitors and was rather loud and woke myself and my kids up.
so a little tired, but went and did my shopping at iceland for the week,
then went over to see my mum and dad, had a great laugh and sorted out the finance side of our holiday that we are going to find tonight,
we are torn between Wales and Cornwall, we shall see what ebay has to offer on the caravan renting side of things.
The above picture is a pink cube floating bracelet that I made one day last week.
I am going to have a early night tonight to catch up on the sleep I missed out on last night.

Thanks for stopping by,
Hope you had a wonderful day,

Good Morning on this dull Saturday morning,

this can be anything as long as it is male orientated.
I chose to do a coaster and coloured my lovely Roger Bear image in watercolours in all shades of blues, this is actually a gift for my youngest son as he ruined his Thierry Henry coaster so I recycled the actual coaster and added this picture.

cant wait to get it booked and have something to look forward to.
I made this floating bead necklace over the last couple of days,
so this is my crafty picture for today,
it comprises of 3 rows of beads and is meant to look like they are floating or not attached to anything.

Fingerless Mitts is today craftiness ...............

Here are a pair of hand knitted fingerless mittens,
they are knitted in double knit wool, in a light blue,
and have a cable pattern all around them.
Only two more weeks of the 3 boys at home left out of their school summer holidays,
they are now getting bored and can not occupy themselves,
why are the summer holidays so long for them,
I think it should be split up to smaller holidays for them and for us.
it would cost me £65 approx for the 5 of us to go to the zoo and that is without petrol and food
so they get fed up easy as we just cant afford to keep going out.
Thanks for popping by,
hugs

I did get crafty yesterday ................

I got a order for two bracelets from a dear friend of mine,
she wanted two bracelets for her nieces, one pink and one blue,
so I thought I would do same but just different colours.
the pink is more like a pearl and the blue is more see through with a slight pattern in it.
so I did get crafty yesterday in between trying to play catch up on all that I missed during last week on days out with hubby.
Please let me know what you think of these as I like to learn to better myself and my crafty items.

Thank you for popping by today,
its a bit overcast here, so might manage to get some crafty bits done today,
but first must look for my card making mojo as I lost it on holiday last week, lol.

makes a change from beanie hats.

I would love to see you join us at Ellephantastic this week, there is a wonderful prize to be won.

A little update on what I have been doing .....

I have been having some fun time with my 3 boys,
also some me time, I took time out to do a jigsaw puzzle,
it was only a 500 piece one with two vw campers on the village green picture,
it is up in my room awaiting the jigsaw glue so I can make it into a picture,
sorry forgot to take a photo of it before I stowed it away,
I have also been knitting, you have already seen the lookalike vw campervan (see post below)
and am half way throught knitting a moped (motor cycle).
I also made this love necklace, which is on a leather bootlace strap with a crab claw clasp,
This is for sale and will go towards my local RSCPA donations.
My little yorkshire terrier got took out by my mum and dad today for a cut n shampoo,
it only cost me £20, can't wait to see what he looks like when they get back,
so while they where out with our dog, I took my 3 boys to town, they all got a second hand xbox 360 each, and we had dinner in the nice cafe.
Back later with photo's of my cute dog, (hopefully he is not scalped)

My youngest son has gone for a birthday sleepover/day out at the beach with his friend Logan,

I made this card under the instructions from my son,
He wanted the gingham backing paper, and the wizards as he said he and his friend like dressing up, and love Harry Potter, so I had these toppers in my stash, cut them out and decoupaged them up, as you can see in the photo below, I also decorated the inside of the card to order from my son, lol.
